Solar Injection Testing

Many DNSPs require an injection test for installations of more than 30kW AC connected in their network.

Injection tests include several electrical tests concerned with what happens during a Loss-of-Mains (LoM) event, and its potential impact on the network. These include over/undervoltage, over/underfrequency, vector shift, and rate of change of frequency (ROCOF).

Power Quality Analysis

Several DNSPs require a Power Quality Analysis of the energy produced by the site. At Clean Tech Controls we have a number of Power Quality Analysers suitable for recording data to present to DNSPs. We often carry out this test on the same day as the injection test and provide the results in a commissioning report. These power quality analysers are also available for hire and on their return to our workshop we analyse the data to provide a PQA report.
